EDUCATIONAL GRANT SUPPORT:
To apply for educational grant support provided by the industry, please reach out to Ms. Garance Gabutti at grant@divine-id.com
Please note that funding and available spots are limited. Kindly ensure that your eligibility is confirmed.
If you meet the eligibility criteria established by the industry, the grant will cover the following:
– Congress registration fees
– Accommodation: 4 nights from *october 24 to 28, 2025 only. Please note that any additional costs for double occupancy will be at your own expense.
– Transportation expenses up to €1500, limited to travel dates corresponding to the congress (October 24 to 28, 2025)
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
A €300 security deposit is mandatory for physicians and surgeons in order to benefit from registration and accommodation support.
We strongly recommend making this payment online by Visa or Mastercard to guarantee fund availability.
The deposit will be refunded after the congress, except in the event of a no-show.
Please note that cancellations made less than two months prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. This deadline corresponds to the submission date for CNOM authorization requests, including the nominative list of supported participants.
By registering for the congress, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information (name, first name, city, and country only) to the sponsoring laboratories.
